What We're Looking For:

Our childcare center cares for children aged 3 months to 12 years and provides them with activity, healthy food, outdoor and nature adventures. Our approach EduRoam® allows children to freely explore the crèche's spaces and play areas at any time.

Play worlds are play spaces that include interactive elements and the supportive presence of a professional. These environments and areas provide diverse play categories, activities and experiences, including physical skills and construction, among others.

Key Responsibilities:‍

• Maintain reliable and respectful partnerships with the children and parents
• Incorporate your own interests, abilities and talents into your work
• Discover and explore the children’s curiosity about the world
• Willingness to work weekends and outside of standard hours if necessary.

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Flexible, dedicated and reliable
• Respectful and empathic towards others
• Additional education or certification e.g. in Erlebnispädagogik.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
• Proficiency in both English and German languages.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in a bilingual or multicultural daycare setting (preferred).
