What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a versatile Community & Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in welcoming families, engaging our community, and contributing to our growth. If you have a warm and welcoming personality, an ability to connect with people, and innovative ideas for expanding our reach, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement: Act as a friendly face to welcome families and build strong relationships.
• Onsite Support: Be available onsite to assist with daily activities and create a welcoming environment.
• Events and Workshops: Organize community events, workshops, and activities to foster connections.
• Marketing and Growth: Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and community growth initiatives.
• Feedback Gathering: Act as a liaison between parents and management, gathering feedback to improve services.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Willingness to work weekends and outside of standard hours if necessary.

Qualifications:‍

• Enthusiasm for early childhood education and community building
• Bachelor of Marketing, Communication, Early Childhood Education, Preschool Teaching or equivalent
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and German; Swiss German knowledge is advantageous
• Previous experience in community management or a similar role
• Social media experience (especially Instagram and Linked-In) is an advantage
• Digital skills & experience in using common software applications and a willingness to learn new tools
• Creativity and innovative thinking
