Key Responsibilities:‍

• Support the educational staff in caring for and fostering the development of children.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing educational programs and projects.
• Help maintain and create engaging learning environments.
• Participate in team meetings and educational discussions.
• Independently conduct small educational activities under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates openness and models respect for children.
• Instills confidence and encourages children to be brave.
• Passionate about working with children and provides them with a sense of security.
• Open to new experiences and shows a willingness to learn.
• Initial experience in the educational field is a plus.
